All about Teddies
Update: Another batch will be going out with a Trustee in November.
This began to provide a teddie for children in hospital.
We also give them to young siblings of our sponsored children.
In December 2020 we sent 50 of them out, kindly made and donated by FoTGA members and friends.
Due to Covid, there are currently no flights to the Gambia, but we had hoped to send the next batch at Easter, but more flights are now cancelled.
As lockdown continues, keep making them! I will hold them until we are able to send them.
Very simple to make, they give a disproportionate amount of joy to the recipients. Pattern on next page.
And they are a great way of using up oddments of yarn!
